Summary

I am passionate about people-centered urban planning, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and innovative problem-solving. My expertise spans adaptable housing, urban regeneration, resilience, and sustainable development, allowing me to approach complex urban challenges with a comprehensive perspective.

In my current role as a Specialist at the National Housing & Urban Regeneration Center (HURC) in Taiwan, I provide data-driven insights and support leadership in policymaking related to housing and urban regeneration. Additionally, I have managed international relations within urban development, facilitating cross-cultural partnerships and leading global projects, including organizing international conferences and coordinating visiting scholar programs.

As the co-founder of Street Project, I lead community empowerment initiatives, such as enhancing engagement in Taipei’s urban renewal projects and managing a community library to strengthen local connections. I am also actively involved in NGOs, collaborating with diverse teams to execute impactful projects and introduce fresh, innovative ideas into urban environments.
